Bell keeps your meetings, to-dos, reminders, notes, recordings and files together, and rings when something's due. Everything is saved on your phone, never in a cloud.
Bell runs entirely in your browser and saves to your device's local storage. There's no Bell server and no database, so your notes, files, recordings and passwords have nowhere to go but the phone in your hand.
Your data is uploaded to the company's cloud, where it's stored under their account and their rules.
Everything you add stays in your browser's local storage on this device. Bell never uploads it, because there's nowhere to upload it to.
No sign-up and no profile on our side. The only thing we ask for is an email for our newsletter.
Bell has nowhere to send your data. There is no Bell cloud holding your notes.
Everything is saved in your browser's own storage on this device, and only there.
Bell opens with your password, and saved logins are encrypted (AES-256) on the device.
Meetings, to-dos, reminders, notes, recordings, files and passwords, with a dashboard that shows it all the moment you open Bell.
Tap the bell and it rings, then shows what's overdue, what's on today, what's coming this week and what's new.
Sort notes into groups and switch between grid and list. Pin the ones that matter.
Record a meeting in one tap, read the words as you talk, and attach the recording to any note.
Plan meetings and see them plotted on a calendar with your reminders and to-dos.
Your own file manager: folders, subfolders and uploads for your work documents.
Keep logins in a vault encrypted with your Bell password, right on your phone.
Open Bell in your phone or computer browser. Nothing to install.
Pick a name and a password. That password locks Bell on this device.
Add meetings, to-dos, reminders and notes. Bell rings when something's due.
Since nothing lives on a server, Bell can't restore it for you. Export a full backup to move to a new device, or export your folders, recordings and notes as a ZIP of real files you can keep anywhere.
Only to send you Bell's newsletter: updates, new features and tips. Your email isn't connected to anything you put in Bell, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Only in your browser's storage on the device you're using. Bell has no server or database, so we never receive, see or keep your notes, files, recordings or passwords.
Each device keeps its own data. To move to a new phone, go to Settings and export a full backup, then import that file into Bell on the new device.
Clearing history or cache doesn't touch Bell. Clearing site data (cookies and site data) erases Bell's data on that device, so export a backup first.
Yes. Export as folders (ZIP) saves your Sections folders, recordings, transcripts and notes as real files you can open anywhere.
Transcription uses your browser's built-in speech recognition. Some browsers, including Chrome, process that speech on their own servers. Turn live transcription off and recordings never leave your device.
Because nothing is stored with us, there's no reset link. You can erase Bell on that device and start again, or import a backup you exported earlier.
No account. No upload. Just your email for our newsletter, then you're in.
